If you are a Jet2 customer and have arrived at the airport without your results. Please speak to your Jet2 Passenger/Customer Service Advisor. They will take your details, and we will ship direct to the airport a swab kit. You can then use this kit to swab yourself and speak with the team to arrange a change in your flight.
We know this is not ideal, and the missing result could be for numerous reasons.
This swab kit will not be charged for.
If you wish to arrange a different test with another provider or not use this flight change then let us know and we will refund your test in line with our terms and conditions.
