We will accept cancellations and refunds in line with our terms and conditions:
- over 48 hours from the appointment or collection
- or if the kit has not yet been despatched
We will refund kits that have not been processed in time for people to get on their flight where it has been a clear error by LivingCare or our Labs. If the kit has not been processed due to the passenger not following instructions then we will not issue a refund.
Where a flight has been cancelled, if the kit has not been posted you can request a refund/cancel the kit on "manage your bookings". You can store the kit for future use.
