If you can enter all your details in full, however if you make any errors you can manage your booking and change things up until we issue your certificate. After this stage we cannot make any amends.
If you need to cancel, please do this before we send out your swab, once it is sent we cannot refund you. If you are planning on click and collect option then please cancel 48 hours in advance or you will still be charged.
We do use royal mail for our swabs, we are utilising the priority postboxes. These all operate Monday to Saturday, however there are 15000 of them which operate on a Sunday. This allows us to operate 7 days a week. Our labs and the staff within them are working 7 days a week also to help ensure we get your results turned around quickly. From your result arriving at the lab, they will turn them around in 24 hours.
We have created a calculator to help count backwards three days, this works on flight times so it helps work out specifically when you need to swab. Please note that the swab time is when the clock starts for the 72 hours, and this is self declared on the tube.
When we send you your swab, please follow the instructions and when you return the sample please include the appropriate form.
You can order a postal kit and then drop these at any of our click and collect sites. Please ensure this is before the collection times at these sites.
