We aim to return all swab test results within 24 hours of arrival at the lab.
Where swab kits are dropped before 6:30am 7 days a week, most results are received the very same day, and all results should be returned the next day by 12:00 noon. For kits dropped after 6:30am, most results are received the next day, and up to 12:00 noon the day after.
