Once your photo is uploaded, you will receive your results within a few hours if uploaded between 9am and 6pm (UK time). Where uploads are submitted later than 6pm, you will receive your results the next day.
We issue results 7 days a week.
Please upload your picture as soon as possible after performing your swab as this isn't guaranteed so we advise our customers to play it safe and upload 48 hours before flying where possible.
For those flying to/from countries who require tests within 48 hours, we understand that you can't upload at least 48 hours, so please just do it as soon as possible.
