If you are experiencing issues logging into your account, please try the following in order
1) Please perform a new password reset at

2) Eliminate cookies & caching issues by clearing your local cookies and cache on the device you're using
2a) iPhone - Please try follow the instructions here to clear all cache and cookie data and then try login again.

3) Alternatively instead of the above step 2) you could try
installing and using another browser on your phone such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
4) Then please try and login at
https://travel.livingcare.co.uk/shop/my-account/
please login using your email address and password, however please ensure you're not using the auto-filled username and password from your device as this may be outdated from before your password reset.
Please login by manually typing the email address and password (you can then update the saved password for use next time if you'd like).
