Fortunately it's a really quick and easy fix on our end, so just email us at covidswabbing@livingcare.co.uk or through the chat / help tool in the bottom right of this window and our expert team will enable the upload for you.
Please immediately take photos of your test 15 minutes after performing them, and then you can upload these once we have enabled it on our end.
It's important that you take these photos at the appropriate time and keep note of the time and date you did your test, and don't wait for us to allow the upload first.
