When booking, the website says "Format of fields incorrect" or won't accept postcode, passport number or date of birth

It sounds like one of your fields in the form has in the incorrect format.

Please note;

- Dates shout be DD/MM/YYYY (e.g. 01/01/1970)

- Passport Numbers should contain no spaces

- Post Codes should be in standard UK Regular Expression Format, with the space in the middle (e.g. LS15 8GB)
