When completing your passenger locator form, you must enter the unique code associated with each person on your order, this begins with the letters "FUTUR" for Day 2 PCR Test or “LIVIN” for Day 2 Lateral Flow tests and is followed by 7 numbers.
We issue these codes by email in your booking confirmation, and you can also find it under the “My Orders” section of your account on https://travel.livingcare.co.uk/shop/my-account/orders/ .
You must be logged in to see this information and each code is unique to each passenger and journey and you may be fined by the UK Government if you use an invalid code.
