If you are receiving an error messaging saying that you have an "invalid order" like the above screenshot, this can occur when you are either;
- Logged into a different account, than the account you used or created when placing your order
- Not logged into the account you used or created when placing your order
To resolve this, please use the following link to logout

If prompted to confirm, please click the "Confirm and log out" button.
Then please login using the email address of the account you used or created when placing your order.
You can usually find this email address in the footer of your order confirmation emails, as seen below
